Grace House Creative Hub - Terms and Conditions

By registering, booking, and attending a session at Grace House Creative Hub, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Eligibility

The free filming session is available to individuals for content creation purposes

-Each session includes 40 minutes of creative space time

-Sessions must be booked in advance through our official booking system
-Bookings are confirmed only after payment of the required deposit

2. Deposit Policy

A £30 booking deposit is required to secure your session

This deposit is refunded after you attend and complete your session

If you cancel, fail to attend, or do not proceed with your booking, the £30 deposit is non-refundable

Deposits are also non-refundable in cases of:
• Late cancellations
• Missed sessions (no-shows)

• Failure to arrive at the scheduled time

3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests may be considered but are not guaranteed

If a session is missed without prior agreement, it is treated as a no-show and the deposit is forfeited

4a. Creative Space Use

The free session includes:

• Multi-camera setup (up to 3 cameras)

• Professional lighting

• Audio recording

• In-house videographer

4b. Content Type Restrictions

The free filming session is designed specifically for:

• Talking-head videos

• Podcast recordings

• Educational or personal content

The session is not intended for:

• Product shoots

• Commercial advertisements

• Brand promotional campaigns

• Sales-driven marketing content

• Filming structured courses or training programmes

Any content that falls outside of the intended use may still be possible, but will likely incur an additional cost

If your intended use falls outside of this scope, a paid production booking may be required

5. Content Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Preparing your content, scripts, or talking points

• Ensuring you arrive on time and ready to film

• Content writing, scripting. Teleprompter/ Green screen use is not included in the free session

6. Media & File Delivery

Files are typically delivered within 72 hours, but this may vary depending on filming requirements

Footage and audio files will be delivered via a secure download link

You are responsible for downloading and storing your files once delivered

Files will be deleted 48 hours after being shared, so you are responsible for downloading and storing your content promptly

7. Additional Services

Editing, extended creative space time, and additional production features are not included in the free session

These can be added as paid upgrades during or after booking

8. Conduct & Usage

Users must behave professionally and respectfully within the creative space

Any misuse of equipment or space may result in termination of the session

9. Accessibility

The creative space is currently not fully wheelchair accessible

We are working toward improving accessibility

10. Travel Consideration

By booking, you acknowledge the creative space location and travel requirements

We recommend planning ahead or batching content where possible

11. Marketing & Promotion

You may be invited (but are not required) to:

• Share your experience
• Tag Grace House Creative Hub
• We may request permission to feature your content for promotional use

12. Content Usage & Promotion

We may share snippets of your content for promotional purposes across:

• BridgeGap Media

• Grace House Creative Hub

• Grace House

• Our partners

• Directors’ LinkedIn accounts

This is strictly for the promotion of the space and services.

13. Amendments

Grace House Creative Hub reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

2. Q&A (DEPOSIT CLARITY )

Is the session completely free?

Yes, the session itself is entirely free.

However, a £30 booking deposit is required to secure your slot. This deposit is refunded after you attend and complete your session.

The purpose of the deposit is to reduce no-shows and ensure that booked slots are not held and unavailable to other creators.

Please note: if you cancel your booking, fail to attend, or do not proceed with your session, the £30 deposit is non-refundable.

Can I use the space for product shoots or promotional content?

The free session is designed specifically for talking-head content, podcasts, and personal or educational recordings.

It is not intended for product shoots, advertisements, or promotional campaigns.

If you’re looking to create commercial or brand-focused content, we can support this through our paid production packages.

How many guests or additional attendees should i bring?

There is a two person guideline limit for the free filming session, including yourself.
